about me
Hi there! I’m Alinta.
I’m a Health & Fitness Coach, Supplement Store Worker and a Competitive Bodybuilder.
Since a young age I was always an active kid but in my teenage years I would find any excuse to skip PE class but once I graduated I got back into being active but had a poor relationship with food and training.
In 2019 I wanted to start taking my health seriously, I eventually got my own coach and started studying to help improve my own health and now we are here!
Fun fact: I’m obsessed with a sunrise walk with an Almond Milk, Caramel Latte.
For many years my weight constantly was up and down and was never stable and eventually noticed that I had a poor relationship with food and used training as a punishment.
I had always looked up to anyone who had competed and admired their determination but always struggled to believe in myself to achieve that goal.
I signed up with my first coach and told her my goals and she provided me with so much knowledge, support and guidance which led to build confidence within myself and a positive relationship with training and food and I finally achieved my goal to compete.
And now I’m here to you do the same with your goals!
